The Department of Mathematics and Statistics delivers courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
The Bachelor of Science in Mathematics is designed to provide a strong grounding in either mathematics or statistics. The Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics is a flexible degree, available as a traditional mathematics degree, a statistics concentration, or a teachers option. International pathways into our programs are available.
At the graduate level, our Masters degree in Mathematics prepares students for further study toward the Ph.D. or for careers in teaching and industry. Our doctoral program prepares students for research or teaching careers in college, universities, or industry.
